Meet Our Team

Marlene D. Jones:  Chief Executive Officer


Marlene D. Jones is the Chief Executive Officer Main Street Management Group, LLC.  She brings and extensive background in the financial industry to this leadership role. 


Marlene has over 16 years of management, organization, leadership, and financial expertise.  She was instrumental in launching a corporate division responsible for purchasing mortgage loans from other lenders.  She also served as a Compliance Auditor for Federal Lending agencies responsible for reviewing the lending practices of other mortgage lenders.  Additionally, Marlene, served as the Vice President of Mortgage Lending, overseeing lending programs across multiple states with a multi million dollar budget.  Marlene, gained her experience working for firms such as Dupont Fibers Federal Credit Union and NationsBank (Bank Of America predecessor). 


Marlene, received her undergraduate degree from Mary Baldwin College and her MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. 


As the CEO, Marlene, is responsible for setting the strategic direction and financial guidance of the company. 


Glen N. Jones: President & COO


Glen N. Jones is the President and Chief Operations Officer.  He brings an extensive background in the communications industry to this leadership role. 


Glen is an experienced executive leader with over 19 years of achievements in strategic planning, operations management, large team management, business development, as well as leadership development.  His varied and vast experience incorporates the planning, engineering, and operations management of advanced telecommunication networks and large team leadership.  During his career with Verizon Communications, Glen, held the positions of FIOS Customer Operations, Director of Consumer Services, General Manager of Network Operations, Manager Planning & Engineering, and President/Managing Partner at Ping Nu Technologies, Inc. 


Glen received his Bachelor Degree in Mathematics from the Virginia Military Institute and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. 


 As President and Chief Operating Officer at Main Street Management Group, LLC, Glen directs all consulting and programmed management for the company.
